to honor our custodian he's known as mr. phillip. he's the custodian every year he is 0 our go to person and our ambassador one of the consequences is to do community services in which our students are ask the to clean up united states school yard by the way, there's simply no garbage in our yards. he is hardworking, dictated, kind, friendly, caringable, organized and simply awesome. i have to condense this to the top 10 list. we appreciate when mr. phillip responds in a split second who called on the walkie-talkie. when we sets upor long tables everyday he never complains. when mr. phillip puts all the lost and found items especially those hard items neatly for all to retrieve. when mr. phillip fixes the things that don't work. when mr. phillip greets people with sir, and ma'am, and he greets everyone everyday with some such a pleasant demeanor we appreciate him and ii appreciate his work ethics. he approaches his work with pride and patience. he never get upset and most of all we appreciate his actions that he truly loves his school community so on behalf of all us we love you, mr. phi

, but i'd like to highlight phillip high school because of that you are notable gains. they are the most improved high school in terms of graduation rates. the school's graduation rate was 77.5 percent in 2010, 2011 and they just increased the rate to 87.9 percent. all of the significant subgroups of students at phillip high school showed gains as well so i'd like to congratulate the principal and his hard working teachers and classified staff, parents and students for the wonderful work they're doing to make these kind of results a reality. so congratulations to them. more good news is on its way. i'd like to highlight an opportunity that or sixth grade students had last week. mayor lee has been very vocal about focusing his mayor ship on focusing support for middle school students in our district. so we're been working to craft an investment strategy, really engaging our private sector employees, creating a strong science, technology, arts and maths focus, starting with the district's comprehensive middle schools. more than 2000 of our sixth grade students attended a preopening

is holding up quite well. phillip streible of rjo futures joins us now on this monday morning, and phillip, despite the gdp number that came out on friday, not so bad here. - i know. traders were really surprised, too. we came out at 2.5%, we were expecting 3%. i would have thought the stock market would have sold off a lot harder than it did. it held in quite nicely. it seems that the fed, with their $85 billion that they just keep pumping into the market month after month has really put a good base into the market. - is the market moving at all on developments out of syria? have you seen any signs? - i haven't seen anything. really what we have seen is oil prices start to trend a little bit higher, but i really think that was that inventory drawdown we saw last week. i think there is a possibility, though, if things start to heat up and develop over there, you may see the brent crude oil start to move up, or perhaps even gold and silver. - hard to believe, but it's almost may, and we have a jobs number at the end of the week. are traders setting up for that, and what are they expecting?
